Join us as a Digital Manufacturing Senior Manager at Danone! You will be part of the Digital Manufacturing team, within the Global Digital Operations Transformation organization. The role would primarily be located in either Amsterdam or Paris, following a hybrid working model.

As a Digital Manufacturing Senior Manager, you will lead the rollout of the Digital Manufacturing Standards at Danone, setting the foundations for predictive models, advanced analytics, and generative AI. You will be accountable for maximizing the impact of our core Digital Catalogue use cases and solutions, ensuring their implementation, utilization, and the value they generate in factories. This role involves direct and indirect management of Solution Value Owners (SVOs) and animation of internal communities and external partners.

Your main activities will be:

• Business Strategy / Strategic Vision: Own and implement the strategy for Industry 5.0 with the program Digital Factory of the Future and the direct leadership of the team for Digital Manufacturing Standards.

• Expertise in Digital Solutions and Platforms: Facilitate the coordination and engagement of the Solutions Value Owners (SVOs). Assist SVOs and Suppliers in identifying necessary functionalities and enhancements in the platforms to help factories achieve their value delivery goals, problem solve the main roadblocks & interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Design, maintain and improve, core standards and processes for Catalogues Solutions implementations, prioritizing Digital Manufacturing Standards.
• Impact on Business Results: Support and challenge the Digital Productivity roadmap of the plants as part of the Digital Manufacturing Acceleration (DMA) & Digital Factory of the Future programs. Enhance performance across factories through evaluations and continuous improvement strategies to optimize implementation timing, user adoption, functionality depth, and solution interfacing. Mentor and challenge the implementation plan across the factories to maximize value capture. Monitor the impact on value and implementation KPIs on a weekly basis.
• Management: Capable of overseeing direct teams and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve the global digital manufacturing team's objectives. Provides cross-functional leadership at a global scale to ensure implementation and adoption of solutions.

About You

You are a team player who can easily connect with cross functional departments and strong in stakeholder management. You have strong communication skills to communicate and influence at all levels and can easily build effective working relationships. For this role it is important to have a proactive attitude, prioritization skills with a strong eye for detail.

You’ll fit perfectly if:

• A master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years professional experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering large scale transformation projects gained in consulting and/or the industry.
• You have certifications or deep knowledge in Project Management, Continuous improvement & Agile.
• You feel comfortable building strategic visions and have strong leadership and coordination skills.
• You can understand technical topics and communicate with non-technical communities.
• Expertise in deploying Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, automation, and big data.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Low Code, REST API, SQL, event-driven.
• Willingness to travel globally, up to 20-40% depending on business needs.
• Willing to be hands-on and continuously learn about new technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
