As INDG’s software branch, Grip simplifies content production by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use content generator that transforms master ad creatives into infinite variations for clients that include The Coca-Cola Company, L'Oréal, LVMH and Beiersdorf.

As a Senior Project Manager at Grip, you’ll be the linchpin between our clients and our brilliant internal team of 3D artists, developers, and artwork specialists. Your mission is to manage multiple CGI projects from kick-off to delivery, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards and deadlines.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Projects: Oversee multiple CGI projects for our SaaS platform, ensuring smooth workflows from client onboarding to final delivery.
  • Monitor Progress: Track the progress of numerous tasks within each project using our standardized production workflows.
  • Client Relationship: Build and nurture strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Resources: Align internal and external resources, facilitating seamless collaboration to achieve project goals.
  • Lead Meetings: Actively contribute to team meetings to keep everyone aligned on project updates. Ensure meetings are productive and organized, staying on top of tasks and deadlines to maintain smooth project progression.
  • Documentation: Create and distribute timelines, statements of work, and detailed project delivery plans.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced: You have a background as a Project Manager, Asset Producer or Traffic Manager in marketing, advertising, CG/gaming, or a creative production industry.
  • Client-Focused: Building and maintaining excellent client relationships is your priority, and you excel at clear and warm communication.
  • Energetic: You bring energy and drive to your work, thriving in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple tasks is the norm.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have excellent communication skills in English and are proficient in handling large amounts of information, particularly in Excel.
  • Quality-Driven: You understand design and the creative process, ensuring that the quality of photorealistic content is upheld.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Jira and other project management tools is a plus.
