At the SaaS scale-up company Grip, we are looking for an accomplished leader. We encourage you to apply if you recognize yourself as an empathic leader with a knack for understanding complex client requirements, a master at forging strong partnerships, and a strategist who can navigate the challenges of a large enterprise organization's stakeholder map. Join us; you will have your own portfolio of clients and full financial ownership of account development planning and sales growth.

What’s Grip

With the help of Grip, companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola, and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel, are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building trust with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans that address customer needs and opportunities, driving substantial growth within key accounts.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and the achievement of account objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams, where necessary, to realize these opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze account performance against key metrics and objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize success. Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to internal teams to help shape future developments.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, leveraging insights to benefit key accounts and inform company strategy.
Would be amazing if you:
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles within the SaaS/technology sector, or within the CPG industry, or (preferably) both.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex sales cycles and foster strategic relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, able to bridge the gap between different departments and align them toward common goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adjust strategies and approaches as the market or company priorities evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
