As INDG’s software branch, Grip simplifies content production by combining CGI, rule-based generative AI, and post-production into an easy-to-use content generator that transforms master ad creatives into infinite variations for clients that include The Coca-Cola Company, L'Oréal, LVMH, Pernod Ricard, and Beiersdorf.

After a (film/photo) shoot, the final masters are turned into templates in the Grip platform, allowing clients to order adaptations of marketing content without any further need for post-production upon order-time. Templates are being built by mixing (VFX) production, postproduction, and development skills.

As a Post Production Producer at Grip, you’ll be the linchpin between our clients and our brilliant internal team of 3D artists, (VFX) compositors, VFX Supervisors and template developers. You are the main point of contact in the execution of template creation, working with the postproduction houses, our internal studio, and postproduction teams. You are responsible for delivering the project on time and managing communication with our clients and executives, overseeing all aspects of the template creation schedule, budget, and cost reporting. You have a (post) producer and/or Project Management background and ideally have a PMP or similar certification.

What You'll Do:

Plan and Manage Multiple Projects in Parallel:
  • Plan the template production workflow in collaboration with the team and other departments to develop a feasible schedule that encompasses motion, visuals, VFX, and development.
Build and Manage Project Teams:
  • Collaborate with producers and other departments to hit targeted timelines and match the quality levels of the provided masters.
Client Relationship:
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Lead Meetings:
  • Actively contribute to team meetings to keep everyone aligned on project updates. Ensure meetings are productive and organized, focusing on tasks and deadlines to maintain smooth project progression.
Documentation:
  • Create and distribute timelines, statements of work, detailed project delivery plans, and clear reports to clients and project executives.
Manage Finances:
  • Monitor and manage the costs of project execution while ensuring work is executed in a timely manner within allocated budgets. Report on the profitability of your projects.
Communication:
  • Communicate in an excellent and inspirational manner, ensuring that we avoid confusion and are 100% aligned with clients and teams regarding budgets and expectations.

Who You Are:

Experienced:
  • You have a background as a Senior Project Manager or (Post Production) Producer in marketing, advertising, CG/gaming, or a creative production industry.
Client-Focused:
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships is your priority, and you excel at clear and warm communication.
Energetic:
  • You bring energy and inspiration to your work and team-members, thriving in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple tasks is the norm.
Detail-Oriented:
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and are proficient in handling large amounts of information. Keeping track of a huge amount of moving parts is in your nature.
Quality-Driven:
  • You understand design and the creative process, ensuring that the quality of photorealistic content is upheld.
Tech-Savvy:
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Jira, and other project management tools is a plus.
