Senior Data Analyst As a team, we develop and maintain future-proof and compliant structural information solutions and dashboards for W&R (Wholesale & Rural), aiming for one truth and one overview. Our products bring cohesive and efficient information to the business to make a positive impact on preventing Financial Economic Crime.

You and your job

As a Senior Data Analyst, you work in a team situated in a rapidly changing and challenging environment (i.e., external regulatory demands, new innovations, compliance requirements). We expect you to bring your senior experience to guide team members in building new data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders and align with the vision of our Data & Insights team within the Financial & Economic Crime Department. Your Responsibilities:

• Translation of business needs into adequate development requirements and eventual data solutions in the form of dashboards.
• Ensure maintenance and development of squad data products into future-proof and compliant solutions.
• Guide and influence team members towards the vision of the Area and share your expertise.

You and your talent

Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Experienced in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Phython
• Proven experience with Power BI (modeling data, storytelling to help the end-user understand, eye for design and UI)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with working Agile/Scrum
• Result-oriented, have a can-do mentality
• Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and understand complex topics
• Team player: able to work well with others to deliver value to our organization
• Able to think ahead and take initiative to improve and optimize
• Can communicate in English and Dutch
