Are you our business architect who can support the transition to the new corporate lending architecture with several ongoing decommission tracks and regulatory demands?

As a Business Architect for the Tribe Business Lending, you co-design the journeys, functions and applications that help our clients with the best financing options possible now and in the future.

You will be part of the area architecture team for Corporate Origination which is responsible for origination of financial products to existing and potential corporate clients of Rabobank. A key challenge in this role is to enable the decommissioning of several core legacy applications within the area by co-designing future journeys.

As a member of the area team you manage the Journey, Capability and Admin sub-areas together with the Area Business Lead and Tech Lead(s). You are paired with your colleague Area Architecture Leads as a mutual sparring partner and several solution architects within your own area. The latter will focus with you more on the architectural challenges on the platform and application level and with whom you will discuss, design and document the architecture decisions for the relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • You co-design the current- and future architecture for the corporate Journey, Admin & Capabilities sub-areas and solve related cross-area and cross-tribe architectural challenges
  • You strengthen the online and off-line client and employee journeys for business financing with your knowledge of digital processes
  • You strengthen the process and data management capabilities related to digital client and employee processes
  • You document the architecture decisions in clear and readable formats and models
  • You coach solution architects and business analysts in controlling architecture principles and methods
  • You leverage your experience, strong market network, understanding of the business drivers and knowledge of current and emerging technology and its practical application
  • You are the expert in the sub-area discussion that Tech and Business rely on for making well-founded decision and setting priorities
  • You support the Area Architecture Lead with the Refinement topics related to the relevant sub-areas.
