In the PAX (Productivity Apps & Experience) team, located at our headquarters in Arnhem, you will collaborate with colleagues on the digital energy of today and tomorrow. We are creating the energy grid of the future, for everyone, with everyone. And as Collaborative Workspaces Professional, you can play your part in this. Your role will involve:

• translating functional requirements and workflows into appropriate SaaS applications and their configurations, such as Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Mural, and Adobe Suite.
• engaging and guiding colleagues in the implementation of generative AI within the organization.
• Critically assessing how user experience can be improved by actively listening, communicating, and training users.
• Monitoring market trends and developments in digital and hybrid collaboration, translating these insights into logical and suitable applications for Alliander.

The PAX (Productivity Apps & Experience) team is made up of smart and committed professionals. There is a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Copilot M365. The team supports hybrid working and manages the functional aspects of Microsoft 365 and other productivity tools like Mural. This young and enthusiastic team enjoys experimentation and consists of a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Technical Lead, and three knowledgeable team members. In addition to this scrum team, you will also be part of the Technical Platforms chapter, where the chapter lead will coach you, helping you elevate your skills and competencies.

• a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• knowledge and experience in digital collaboration within Microsoft 365 and Copilot 365.
• familiarity with adoption and change management.
• experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• an enthusiastic and inquisitive mindset, coupled with a willingness to experiment and improve—viewing changes as new opportunities.

Attractive salary and benefits package

Based on a 40-hour working week, you will receive:

• a gross monthly salary of € 3.809,47 to € 5.442,10 (scale 8).
• annually an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 18% (full time) or 12.8% (part time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 5.2% ADV (shorter working hours) and 8% holiday allowance. If you do not work full time, you are not entitled to ADV. You can have this budget paid out as extra salary or use it to purchase extra days off, for example. You choose the option that is right for you.
• 25 days’ holiday (statutory + non-statutory). You can use your IKB to top this up to (full time) (part time).
• an end-of-year bonus of 6% of your annual salary in December.
• the Sustainable Employability Budget (DIB). You will receive a budget of €500 per year, which can be used, for example, for health-and-safety-compliant furniture for a home office, career development, professional literature, a sports subscription or coaching.
• the possibility of combining working in the office with working from home, if your position allows.
