We Are Denim Heads.

We love denim. Live and breathe it. It’s in our DNA. At G-STAR, we see no limit to what denim can do. We believe it can be force of progress and innovation for both people and planet. How? By hiring the most creative, curious and caring minds. People who think beyond fashion. Bringing big ideas to big challenges. Driven by possibility. Those who work hard, make mistakes, but always continue to grow.

Denim is in our DNA, our people are our stitching.

Join the denim heads making raw denim.

NOTE: We are committed to creating an inclusive environment and welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of background, identity, or experience.

Here’s what we’ll do together:

Is your passion for product as high as ours? In this internship, you will learn how a global design-lead brand operates and works, how to translate our innovative denim DNA into a non-denim collection from concept to showroom, to use all the tools required to create a collection: digital (Illustrator, Photoshop and CLO 3D), physical (sewing and making), and how a denim brand creates products with a consistent look and feel that adhere to a specific design DNA.

We have various positions to fill, ranging from presentation and concept preparation, digital design (CLO 3D) and hands-on mock-up development and prototyping.

Just imagine –

The womenswear non-denim department consist of a wide range of products, from knitwear, tops, dresses, jumpsuits and outerwear. While staying true to our brand DNA it is vital to introduce new silhouettes and interest to complement our jeans offer. We do this by implementing new colors, fabric, prints and silhouettes seasonally.

  • Conducting research in the G-STAR archive (consisting of 23,000 vintage garments) for specific garments or details.
  • Attending design meetings with your designer to learn about all aspects of the design process.
  • Making mock-ups of design ideas, such as pockets, sleeves, hoods etc. in the G-STAR Atelier.
  • Creating and updating tech-packs ready to be sent to factories in order for them to produce our designs.

  • You are available full-time (40hrs per week) for a period of 5-6 months starting in February 2025.
