Job Description: UK Corporate Associate Director
As a UK Corporate Associate Director in the UK Real Estate Coverage business area of Corporate Banking, you'll seek to understand our clients' objectives, opportunities, and challenges, working with them to achieve their business ambitions. We offer expert industry insight across the sector, collaborating with product specialists to deliver appropriate financial solutions for our clients. You'll effectively manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of Real Estate customers with a specific focus on Commercial Investment, Commercial Development, as well as Residential Investment and Development. Through excellent customer service and deepening relationships, you'll proactively maximize all opportunities within your local market to attract and gain new customers to the Bank.

Purpose of the Role
To establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate clients. It's the bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success.
Accountabilities
- Management of client relationships to identify clients' financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance to support data analysis for insights, trends, areas for improvement, and additional services to support client needs.
- Research and understanding of the client's industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
- Design of customized solutions that address the client's specific needs and objectives, incorporating a range of products and services from the bank's portfolio.
- Communication of the value proposition of proposed solutions, justification of recommendations, and negotiation of terms that are mutually beneficial.
- Provision of guidance on financial decisions, risk and wealth management strategies, and updates on market trends to ensure a positive and continuous relationship.
- Assessment and mitigation of financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships.
- Documentation of all client interactions, transactions, and agreements for transparency and auditability to support product development and strategy.
- Monitoring of client satisfaction, revenue, and other metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.
- Execution of market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, trends, and customer needs for business growth strategies.
