Fooditive Future Innovators - Internship Program
As a Project Lead Intern at Fooditive, you will gain hands-on experience supporting key projects through strategic planning, resource coordination, and project execution. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational project management skills while contributing directly to Fooditive’s mission of advancing sustainable, animal-free food ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing project strategies and detailed project plans under the guidance of a senior project lead, ensuring alignment with Fooditive’s mission and goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project members have the necessary resources and information to perform their tasks. Proactively identify resource needs and communicate any gaps to the project lead.
- Support team members in navigating unexpected challenges, learning to maintain project flow, and providing critical support during high-stakes moments.
- Help coordinate regular meetings, prepare agendas, and document key takeaways to ensure effective communication among all team members.
- Gather and compile updates from departments, contributing to structured progress reports that highlight achievements, milestones, and upcoming priorities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a junior point of contact for internal teams, providing organized updates to ensure alignment on project activities and milestones.
- Assist in drafting and updating the Project Plan and Activity Plan, helping define roles, responsibilities, and timelines for each project phase.
Skills Required:
- Must be currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in project management, business, or a related technical field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and concise communication skills, especially for collaborative work
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a plus

Program Structure:
- Duration: 6 months
- Mentorship: Weekly check-ins with a senior project lead, with regular feedback to support learning and development
- Onsite Location: Rotterdam, The Netherlands
- Compensation: €700 per month stipend
