As of Febrruary 2025, our Marketing Team at the head office in Hilversum (close to Amsterdam) is looking for a passionate CSR intern. You’ll run through our “Best internship in Retail” and learn on the job while support the team with following:

• Support in analysing supply chain information on social and environmental compliance topics.
• Support in developing ESG requirements, manuals and policies.
• Input and analyze ESG data and generate reports.
• Handle day-to-day administrative items such as filtering emails, assembling, and distributing documents and materials.
• Assisting in developing internal training and communication.
• Assisting in other ongoing sustainability projects.

Your profile:

• You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, or HBO+/WO studies in a relevant sustainability field (e.g. environmental science, human rights etc.)
• You have an affinity with sustainability issues, EU sustainability legislation, and a good understanding of sustainable business and the supply chain, based on your studies or a previous internship in CSR
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent spoken and written English. Dutch is an advantage.
• You are able to work at least 40h/week on internship responsibilities (no school assignments or thesis writing).
• No thesis is possible in this role.

Eligibility:

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2025. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,
• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, AND the internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum.

• A travel allowance of max. 9,50€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you don’t have a free Student OV Chipcard.
