What Impact Will You Make?

As a Junior Consultant in Operations Strategy & Process Transformation, you support organizations in designing and improving essential business processes and operations. You help clients identify and solve problems in execution with operational strategy and (digital) technologies as the basis, creating solutions to make organizations more efficient, customer-focused, and sustainable. You contribute your expertise to solving complex problems in (inter)national organizations in various industries as part of multidisciplinary teams.

How Do You Do This?

• Translating a business strategy into an operational strategy;
• Defining and analyzing problems within organizations and working with the client toward solutions, improved customer experience, or implementing new portals;
• Utilizing technologies (such as RPA, Industry 4.0) or techniques like Lean Six Sigma, learning on-the-job;

As a Junior Consultant, you have the opportunity to develop into a true Consultant. Projects vary greatly in content and industry. You assist with major transformation projects or shorter help requests across different organizations such as banks, ministries, retail companies, and energy providers. • A university Master's degree with good academic results;
• Participated in extracurricular activities or gained relevant educational experiences within student, study, or sports associations;
• An interest in consultancy and process optimization demonstrated through your studies, internships, or work experience;
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both spoken and written.
