What the role is about

Are you an enthusiastic and a creative Social Media Specialist who loves creating content for our socials? Then CLUSE is looking for you! In this role, you know what is trending on most or all platforms. You will be responsible for creating new photo and video content & posting it on our different Social Media platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, website). You are going to help increase our reach. Thinking outside of the box is your thing and you love using your creativity and want to put your knowledge into practice. Responsibilities

• Research and analyze social media platforms to identify trending content themes relevant to CLUSE;
• Coming up with innovative and creative content ideas for various social media channels;
• Create, film and edit engaging photo and video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn;
• Actively post and manage content on social media platforms, ensuring timely updates and audience engagement;
• Engage with users on social media, having community interaction and exploring organic growth strategies for video research;
• Support the team with social media tasks, including community management, best practices research and competitor analysis;
• Closely monitor the performance of the different social media channels and report on followers, engagement, views etc.;
• Potentially host video content and explore additional platforms, such as Pinterest, to expand CLUSE’s online presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor/master’s degree in the field of Marketing, Communication or Fashion;
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
• Advanced understanding of social media (trends);
• You think outside the box and can translate creative concepts in photos and videos;
• You are a strong team player who is creative, organized, enthusiastic and communicative;
• Available for a minimum of 4 days.
