The Role: Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer within the Area Service Team Europe, you play a pivotal role in our service provision. You will have direct contact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders during the warranty period of ships. Your key responsibilities include:

• Assessing warranty questions from the customer
• Providing oral and written advice to the customer
• Coordinating, monitoring, and supervising service activities, occasionally onsite
• Technical preparation of assignments, including planning and budgeting
• Carrying out commercial assignments, such as providing technical assistance

Skills & Experience

• Educational background (Vocational or Bachelor) in Marof, Shipbuilding, or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of various ship systems
• Excellent communication skills, committed and customer-oriented with a service mentality
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to quality
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
