Medior Producer

This role is part of our Brand and Advertising team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today’s technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol.com and Philips to name a few.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Medior Creative RTV Producer. That can implement and execute various RTV Campaigns. You are the pivot in the production process. You ensure that campaigns can be executed correctly and you are the most important link between the creative team and the client.

As one of our Producers at our creative/Brand & Advertising department, this means that you have strong organization skills, are inventive and creative, and you can keep a good overview of everything. You will look for solutions on how creative ideas can be best executed, getting the most out of the budget. That is why it is important that you have strong communication skills, and can negotiate well.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effortlessly take an active role in maintaining relationships with clients and the creative department;
• Oversee a team of strategists that let your clients fulfill and exceed their ambitions;
• Connect different disciplines in your thinking and make decisions based on this;
• Kick-start things through touching people in conversations and presentations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Have between +/- 3 to 5 years of experience as an RTV Producer at a production company, agency or as a freelancer
• Are able to find a good balance between creativity, business and client’s interests.
• Speak Dutch Fluently
• Are an organizer, coordinator and team player in your soul
• Work independently and like to provide input on concepts and approach of projects during internal brainstorming sessions
• Know a lot about producing for various social media channels and have an extensive network of production houses to young filmmakers. Masters the Dutch and English language in word and writing
