At Business Improvement, part of the Client Administration & Monitoring (CAM) department, we are looking for a talented intern. Whether you are looking for an internship or a graduation internship, you have come to the right place. You will be part of a dynamic team that deals with all expertise related to various administrative processes, transaction monitoring and Internal Control.

You are happy to use your talents as a Business Improvement intern at Van Lanschot Kempen! As an intern, you will play a pioneering role in process improvement and implementation. You are the driving force behind our process optimizations, automation and digitization. You will contribute to important process improvements and technical innovations, with the aim of further optimising our operational excellence, customer experience and efficiency. By actively participating in our department, you will get a good idea of the versatility of the work and you will be able to develop yourself optimally.

You will have the opportunity to participate in inspiring training and awareness sessions, where you will not only increase your knowledge, but also expand your network. And let's not forget the fun drinks! You will also have the opportunity to get in touch with other interns throughout Van Lanschot Kempen through various events. After successfully completing your internship, there is the possibility to continue working with us, both during and after your studies. Furthermore, you will be working on:

• You are continuously working on the realization of workflow and process improvements;
• You don't stay passive, but you also improve your own (technical) skills;
• Power BI, a business analysis and/or the realization of change processes in IT;
• Your position is visible throughout the organization, you are a point of contact for opportunities and challenges and you motivate and encourage others to further develop ideas and come up with solutions themselves.

Your talents

Curious, flexible and result-oriented. That's the best way to describe you as a Business Improvement intern. Talents that you use to guide our customers every day through a constantly changing world. By thinking further and by asking questions. And that's good if you have an interest in the financial sector and an affinity for improving processes in our department.

Besides:

• You are pursuing a university education;
• You are flexible and stress-resistant;
• You are analytically and communicatively strong;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing;
• Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL is an advantage;
• You are available for at least 40 hours per week for 20 weeks.

The Client Administration & Monitoring department is the mid-office of Private Banking and therefore an extension of the commercial departments. Our departments are at the forefront of process automation, robotics and AI. Client Administration & Monitoring currently consists of approximately 150 employees and is in full swing to continue to respond to developments within and outside the bank.
