Create your own future

Are you an enthusiastic and driven student looking for a challenging internship assignment? At our Central Integration & Access team we have a great opportunity for you!

This is what you will use your talents for as a Software Developer (Workflow Acceleration) Intern at Van Lanschot Kempen. We are looking for an intern who can support our team in accelerating our development workflow by making smart use of code generators, templating and generative AI. You analyze the needs and, in close consultation with the team, develop an interactive tool that generates code for commonly used components. Your contribution will give a significant boost to the efficiency and speed of our development process. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, such as GPT4, allowing you to further develop your programming skills and gain experience with cutting-edge tools.

You also have the following tasks:

  • Analyzing the team's current development workflow and coding standards;
  • Write down the team's needs into specific requirements;
  • Delve into the most suitable code generators and other technologies;
  • Create a functional design for the tool and coordinate it with the team;
  • Develop the design under the guidance of the team.

Your talents

Digitally savvy, communicative and a team player. This is how we can best describe you in the position of Software Developer (Workflow Acceleration) Intern. Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. And all will be well if you also are analytical, result-oriented and hands-on. In addition:

  • You are enrolled at an HBO or WO course focused on computer science;
  • You have knowledge of software development in .NET;
  • You are passionate about new technology and tools;
  • You are curious and dare to ask critical questions;
  • You have a good mastery of English, both oral and written.
