Team and Environment

Together with your fellow trainers, you ensure that technical knowledge is successfully transferred. You will work within the team of technical trainers, the didactic advisor, and the technical advisor. You will also maintain technical contacts with colleagues within Knowledge Development, our automotive expert team, and the Technical Expertise Center colleagues. You will report hierarchically to the development manager. Your base will be in Utrecht, and we have various training locations across the country where occasional training is conducted. Riding along with road patrols and sometimes participating provides insights into development needs.

Say ANWB, and you also say roadside assistance. Each year, ANWB Roadside Assistance resolves 1,250,000 breakdowns. Every day, our roadside patrols stand ready throughout the Netherlands to help people start their vehicles, replace batteries or tires, repair alternators, and address many other technical inconveniences. The profession of roadside assistance is unique; in our country, there are only about 900 roadside patrols, and they are all your colleagues. Those colleagues are always there for you, just as you are there for them. With advice, a good conversation, or a nice cup of coffee.
