Transportplanner
- Jij neemt de leiding bij het opstellen en optimaliseren van onze dagelijkse transportplanningen, waarbij je altijd de juiste balans vindt tussen kosten, transittijden en klantafspraken.
- Wanneer zich afwijkingen voordoen, signaleer jij deze tijdig en schakel je snel met passende oplossingen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de juiste routing van zendingen, met oog voor contractuele verplichtingen en transitafspraken met klanten.
- Door strategische relaties te onderhouden met terminals, railoperators en ferrymaatschappijen, zorg jij voor een vlekkeloze en efficiënte dienstverlening.
- Samen met andere afdelingen stem je nauwkeurig vraagvoorspellingen en capaciteitsplanning af.
- Bij afwijkingen zorg jij voor heldere en proactieve communicatie naar zowel interne als externe klanten.
Je komt te werken in een enthousiast team van 8 collega's die samen zorgen voor een naadloze railoperatie.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Een afgeronde MBO 4-opleiding met 5-7 jaar ervaring in logistiek, of een HBO-diploma met minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; beheersing van Duits is een pre.
- Een hands-on mentaliteit: accuraat, zelfstandig en altijd oplossingsgericht.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met MS Office; ervaring met planningssoftware of TMS-systemen is een plus.
- Flexibiliteit: bereid om 1x per maand op zaterdagochtend vanuit huis te werken.
