The Studio offers an extensive range of services to support these connects and interactions, using a pragmatic and hands-on approach. Examples are: client visits and workshops, sales or marketing events, hackathons, team gatherings, town-halls or practice connects.

Because we are growing, and expect this growth to accelerate, we are introducing new services. There is an increasing need to standardize the current and future service offerings from the digital studio. This is enforced by the leading position the Digital Studio has within the organization’s global context. Amsterdam stands out as example for new digital studios that are being set up in other geographies. Therefore, our goal is to define standard solutions and services to provide quick, easy and flawless events to customers and internal stakeholders. Standardization will also enable the Digital Studio operations to become more effective and efficient.

To achieve standardization of solutions and services we are looking for support. Given the nature of the challenge and the context of the assignment we believe this is a perfect opportunity for an intern. We expect an intern to design and develop standardized Digital Studio solutions and services. This should be done in collaboration with all stakeholders, for example by conducting interviews or workshops. We would expect the intern to develop a catalog that encompasses the Digital Studio solutions and services as well as the Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) to deliver these. This would include solution and service descriptions, ways to order these, service levels, workflow, roles & responsibilities, as well as maintenance as we expect solutions and services to evolve continuously.

This is whom we are looking for

We are looking for an eager and motivated student who is not afraid to learn. You know how to organize your work and make connections needed to progress. You have a practical mindset combined with plenty of creativity and initiative. You are proactive in communicating and cooperating within a team and know what is needed to finish the project. Next to this, you are:

• Preferably looking for an (graduation) internship/project of around 20 weeks
• Preferably available to start on the 1st of September 2024
• You are a third or fourth year higher vocational (HBO applied- or university level) student in a subject like Business Administration, Business Service Design or related.
• Some experience with creating service models or frameworks.
• Experience with user research and stakeholder interviews.

We provide freedom and space to contribute your point of view. Internship guidance will be provided by the Digital Studio manager and our consultancy practice. Part of the internships is a monthly allowance of EUR 500,- gross.
