You’ll protect customers, fight crime, defend our reputation, define how we do business, and look to the future. Simply put, without Compliance, Barclays could not operate.
As a summer analyst, you’ll spend the summer with our team, building a solid foundation in Compliance and helping the Group deliver our strategy – in the right way. You’ll either join one of our business-facing teams, supporting a particular business division, or one of our firm-wide core teams, supporting the entire Group. You may:
Acting as guardian for the whole of Barclays means taking on a whole range of important roles. Compliance people research and investigate. We gather, study, and analyze complex data from a wide range of sources. We follow leads, identify risks, evaluate threats, and predict the trends that will define the future. We’re involved in surveillance and control, product design and implementation. We are tech people, training professionals, and communications experts. We are developers, project managers, consultants, and administrators. Across all those disciplines, we are problem solvers, finding ways to deliver great outcomes for our business, our colleagues, our customers, and clients.
To be considered for this programme, you must currently be pursuing an undergraduate degree with anticipated graduation year 2026.
