This is your chance to work in the unique and dynamic team of Global Learning & Development (L&D)! Our focus is to support the L&D needs of FrieslandCampina employees worldwide through scalable, accessible and relevant learning offers. We drive best practices, continuous improvement and leadership development in line with (regional) business dynamics and strategies. We strive to continuously improve the employee learning experience within FrieslandCampina.

We are looking for a motivated, creative and analytical person who has an interest in L&D, wants to work in an international setting and who would (together with us) like to enhance relevant employee capabilities in FrieslandCampina.

You will support the team in a wide range of activities (view examples below) where you will learn about L&D expertise, prioritization, stakeholder management and more. You will also experience working in a big, unique, cooperative organization.

What we ask

  • You are, **at least a third-year**, university or applied sciences student (bachelor / master) in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, HR, Management);
  • During your internship you must be registered with an educational institution;
  • You have a strong affinity with HR and Learning & Development;
  • You are analytical, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, hands-on and communicative;
  • You are a collaborative team player;
  • You speak and write fluent English! (**Dutch is not a hard requirement but an asset**);
  • You are looking for a work-internship (To clarify: this is not a thesis-internship. If you want to write your thesis in parallel this is possible, but in your own time);
  • Available for 4 or 5 days a week for a period of 6 months;
  • Available per October 2024.

What we offer

An internship in the FrieslandCampina Learning & Development team entails many responsibilities and is more than a standard internship. You are part of the team and are fully involved in the department. Dependent on your development & performance, you might even fully run your own projects.

The organization gives a lot of attention to your personal development and finds it important that you get the opportunity to learn and grow. You will receive a monthly internship allowance and full reimbursement of your public transport costs.

Vacancy Description

  • Analysis of learning needs (e.g. desktop research, conducting interviews, data analysis and reporting on outcomes)
  • Communication of learning offer and opportunities through a variety of channels (e.g. SharePoint, Viva Engage & mail) to a complex network of stakeholders
  • Support in learning interventions / (leadership) program design & development to support the organizational learning needs
  • Support in implementation, execution & evaluation of learning interventions / (leadership) programs
