Requirements Engineer at Movir

At Movir, we are looking for a talented and driven Requirements Engineer to strengthen our Customer team. This team focuses on optimizing processes for our current customers. As a Requirements Engineer, you play a crucial role in developing and improving our disability insurance products (AOV). You make processes transparent and come up with solutions in collaboration with your team.

What You Are Going To Do

You ask the right questions because that's the only way the best solutions are built. You are quick to understand, and if you don't understand something, you ask for clarification. This way, you translate complex processes and functionalities into working IT solutions and understandable user stories. Every day is different, and we hope you get energy from that!

  • You work with various stakeholders to understand and translate the needs and desires of our customers into clear and structured requirements. You conduct thorough analyses to assess the feasibility and impact of the requirements.
  • You manage and maintain the requirements throughout the product lifecycle. This includes identifying changes, assessing their impact, and ensuring proper traceability.
  • You work closely with software developers, testers, and other team members to ensure that the requirements are correctly implemented and tested. You support the development team in interpreting the requirements and answering questions.
  • You contribute to ensuring the quality of our insurance products by conducting reviews, validating solutions against the stated requirements, and identifying possible risks or deviations.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as product managers to ensure that the requirements align with business objectives and customer needs.

Employee Benefits

NN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competences for the future. We match this with employee benefits that are in line with what is needed today and in the future. This way, we offer our employees the opportunity to get the best out of themselves. We offer you:

  • 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary.
  • 27 vacation days for a 5-day working week and one Diversity Day.
  • A modern pension administered by BeFrank.
  • Plenty of training and learning opportunities.
  • NS Business Card 2nd class, which gives you unlimited travel, also privately. Do you prefer to travel with your own transport? Then you can declare the kilometres travelled.
  • Allowances for setting up your home office and for internet use.

Your Profile

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are a good listener, can ask the right questions and think chain-oriented.
  • You have experience in drafting business requirements.
You have a minimum of HBO level of education.
  • Experience with insurance processes is a plus.
  • Preferably, you have experience working in a scrum team.

We work in fixed teams as much as possible, with a lot of individual freedom and autonomy, providing many opportunities for development. Let us hear your initiatives; we are happy to brainstorm further with you for the best possible solutions. The atmosphere within the team and the department is warm and focused on collaboration. We celebrate the smallest successes and organize team outings regularly.
