As an Industrial Placement Supportability (IPS/ILS) Engineer, you will develop an understanding of different aspects of supportability engineering and its application to projects within Maritime Services. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will participate in engineering analysis and assist in the creation and subsequent delivery of contractual deliverables and progress recording & reporting.
You will develop a breadth of knowledge and experience in supportability engineering, including conducting and analysing maintenance requirements, defining spares and tools to support the maintenance, generating task information, and relevant IPS/ILS outputs contributing to providing a cost-effective support solution.
As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Mathematics.
