The Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you understand internal and external customer needs, provide insights, and deliver exceptional customer service in line with our standards. As the primary contact for our customers, you will not only be responsible for the entire Order to Cash process but also manage customer inquiries and feedback. You will partner with internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Product Management, Planning, and Logistics, to deliver results consistent with the business strategy. Because the product portfolio is diverse and complex, your priorities will change daily.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire Order to Cash process for a dedicated customer & product portfolio.
  • Handle and coordinate customer requests in line with the company policies and procedures.
  • Frequent interaction with internal business partners, such as Account Management, Planning, and Logistics, as well as with our Operation Center.
  • Daily interaction (verbal and written communication) with external customers.
  • Involvement and participation in internal projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years' experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Internal Sales in an international environment.
  • Experience with Order to Cash SAP/ERP system and/or Sales Force required.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Fluent in English is required, both verbal and written. Additional EU language is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
