Job Responsibilities
- Level up the way we test, coach, and enable other team members to test themselves.
- Analyze and assess our efficiency and performance to determine which parts can be atomically tested and implemented.
- Detect bugs and file bug reports, set up requirements, and test and prove that the software meets these requirements.
- Ensure quality of the system as a whole and help the team to define quality standards and quality assurance processes.
- Participate in feature refinement focusing on quality aspects and test scenarios.

About Us
As part of our Customer Journey Tribe, the Road Trip team is one of our App development teams at the ANWB in The Hague. You will be working in a multidisciplinary Scrum team with several and different types of functions, including Frontend, Backend, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Architect. Do We Have a Match?
- You have at least 3 years of experience with native mobile app (QA) testing & test automation.
- You have a good command of the English Language (preferably also Dutch, or at least a willingness to learn).
- You have a driver’s license (B).
- You are a resident of the European Union and can work within the EU (or have a valid Visa). Besides this, you can communicate with (and convince) technical and non-technical team members to achieve the highest quality and reliability we can offer.
- You have a strong sense of ownership of the product you work on and you are result-oriented.
- You are both hands-on/pragmatic and analytical, so it is okay to speak up and raise questions, but also act when the opportunity arises.
- You are a team player and can communicate clearly with team members as well as stakeholders. You can coach others and raise the quality level of our product.
