Your role as Digital learning Designer
The primary project and challenge for this Digital Learning Designer is to transform our simulator into a comprehensive training machine. The goal is to evolve the simulator into a platform that offers structured learning activities, incorporating elements like gamification, creative scenario's and a just-in-time-just-enough approach. The simulator should standardize and drive the learning process, ensuring consistency across training sessions, regardless of the trainer. In addition to this strategic objective, the role also involves managing various digital learning tasks, such as developing and maintaining e-learning modules, organizing the e-learning catalogue within the LMS, designing modular content for transferable topics, and creating content for new educational programs, including innovations and new standards.
