Inside Sales Account Manager at Air Liquide Benelux

Air Liquide Benelux is seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Account Manager who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. In this role, you will play a fundamental part in reaching our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through numerous multi-channel interactions with customers and prospects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer experience during daily multichannel customer interactions.
  • Qualifying leads and transforming them into opportunities to establish commercial proposals.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Goes the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Perform basic calculations to provide prospects and customers with accurate prices and quotes.
  • Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes.
  • Save all customer interactions and sales activities, updating lead/account information in CRM.
  • Introduce new innovative Air Liquide solutions to customers and prospects.

In short: you’ll have your own portfolio that you manage autonomously, transforming leads into business opportunities, and exploring the market for potential opportunities.

Are You the Right Person for This Role?

Meritorious if you have:
  • Good relationship skills (internal and external)
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Experience with different CRM systems
  • Previous experience selling B2B
  • A positive team spirit with the ability to create trust and commitment
Minimum requirements:
  • A couple of years of experience in inside sales where communication over the phone is easy and enjoyable for you.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and comfort with English.

We do not expect you to be a gas expert. In your new role, you will receive thorough training in gases and participate continuously in our internal sales and gas courses.
