Associate, Tax Services
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate, Tax Services. Reporting to Assistant Manager, Tax Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Indonesia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Service and Delivery team and its growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and manage the Tax and/or Payroll calculation for clients of the Company;
- Responsible for monthly closing for Tax Reports;
- Perform tax calculation, payment, and reporting as well as preparing tax returns for all taxes, monthly and annually;
- Perform reconciliation between monthly tax return and general ledger;
- To ensure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of the Company;
- Responsible for efficient and effective internal and external compliance for VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax;
- Responsible for efficient and effective internal Tax and Payroll administrative activities;
- To undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required;
- To ensure financial data integrity, including books and records conform to legal and tax requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tax/Accountancy/Finance;
- Brevet A & B is a plus;
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the tax fields;
- Detail-Oriented;
- Good Time Management;
- Reliable and accurate;
- Reconciliation;
- Have a good understanding of Tax, and Payroll processes;
- Excellent communication ability and ability to coordinate across departments.

Als Junior Corporate Lawyer en Junior Financial Account Manager ben je onderdeel van een Client Service Team. Als Junior heb je gemiddeld 40 cliënten, waarmee je vanaf dag 1 voortdurend in contact staat. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met onder andere advocaten, financieel adviseurs en fiscalisten.

Wij kijken verder dan alleen onze eigen business en het uitvoeren van onze werkzaamheden. Zo is Vistra wereldwijd gestart met een Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) beleid, waarbij wij ons richten op 3 pijlers; educatie, milieu en kinderen.
Bij Vistra besteedt iedere werknemer in Nederland 1 werkdag per jaar aan een activiteit in het kader van dit CSR beleid. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld helpen bij de Olympische Sportweek, geld ophalen door trappen te lopen in de Arena, of ondersteunen bij het Kinderbeestfeest in Artis.
Hartstikke leuk: het geeft extra voldoening en draagt bij aan het ‘we doen het met z’n allen’ gevoel. En dat is merkbaar bij Vistra.
En behalve werken…
Wanneer je bij ons start – in het Traineeship – ben je gelijk onderdeel van een groep trainees, maar ook van jouw team. En het is niet alleen leuk om met elkaar werk te verzetten voor onze cliënten, maar ook om met elkaar sociaal en sportief bezig te zijn. We nemen het met een eigen team op tegen andere kantoren in de voetbalcompetities op de Zuidas en ook kun je de Amstel Gold Race meefietsen. En voor bijna niks kun jij onbeperkt fitnessen, zwemmen, crossfitten of yoga beoefenen bij Vondelgym Zuid of bij Club Sportive.
Met een aantal tafelvoetbaltafels op de werkvloer is er ook tijdens het werk tijd voor ontspanning en worden er fanatieke wedstrijdjes gespeeld.
En we hebben een eigen bar. Elke werkweek sluiten we daar af met een gezellige borrel.
