Role: Re-Integration Coach

As a re-integration coach, you are our specialist in the area of absenteeism. With your extensive knowledge of laws and regulations, you provide advice to your colleagues. You serve as a sparring partner for HR advisors, HR business partners, managers, and internal stakeholders. In your role, you are partly responsible for maintaining a low absenteeism rate and offering assistance with complex absenteeism issues.

To achieve this, you enjoy engaging in conversations with your colleagues to stay informed about developments. You understand the entire process from A to Z and are able to thoroughly analyze bottlenecks. You write improvement proposals to anticipate trends in absenteeism.

You search for causes and consequences, enabling the initiation of the right guidance. In short, you are the bridge between the employee and Securitas.

Your Profile

  • You are analytical and good with numbers, but also have strong empathy.
  • You are a good conversational partner.
  • You have experience with the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter (tracks 1 and 2).
  • You have extensive experience with absenteeism and complex case studies.
  • You have a background in HR or absenteeism management.
  • You have completed the CROV training.
  • You enjoy helping others achieve their goals.
  • You are able to work independently.
  • You live in the Amsterdam or Utrecht region.
