The Role

Erdal Akbulut is the Hiring Lead you'll mainly talk to when it comes to more details about the role, environment of work, and career perspectives. Erdal summarized the role as follows:

  • Responsible for crafting the data architecture strategies and standards while supporting Data & Analytics vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Developers, and the Data Governance, Quality and Master Data Teams.
  • Establish and document data architecture standards and guidelines.
  • Design and record data models, elements, and flows.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions.
  • Support data access and usage across the organization.
  • Improve internal data assets with external sources.
  • Supervise and improve data architecture performance.

What We Need to See from You

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture and integration, including data modeling, data security, and data analytics.
  • Proven understanding of data architecture patterns for transactional and analytical data.
  • Extensive knowledge of Cloud Data Platforms (Azure, AWS), SQL, ETL, API, and other data integration tools and techniques.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data architectures and integrations for various data domains.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, intercultural intelligence, and the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Business proficient level of English.
  • Passion, curiosity, and enthusiasm for data and its value for the business.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Planning and coordination skills, capable of delivering results in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Structured, problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • High level of self-motivation, goal orientation, work independently and assume ownership.
