Location: Maastricht, Netherlands

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Payroll Accountant with experiences in Dutch Payroll Accounting. Summary of the Role

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected. The Time to Pay team is responsible for the administration of time-keeping activities and for the correct process of European payroll to satisfy our customers (our colleagues).

Role and Responsibilities

• Processing of payroll including all necessary follow-up activities in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Communication and data exchange with external payroll providers.
• Master data maintenance and wage account management.
• Creating certificates of merit and statistical surveys.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and fiscal requirements.

• Creation of reporting for other departments involved.
• Preparation of payroll-related accruals.
• Follow internal audit processes to ensure that monthly payrolls are correct.
• Support projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Dutch payroll accounting.
• Completed payroll-related commercial or similar qualification.
• Knowledge of social security and tax issues and compliance with legal requirements.
• Analytical thinking.
• Good English skills because of international payroll responsibilities.
• Having a service mindset and being able to communicate with all levels within an international organization.
