Within a fast-growing international e-commerce company, our Customer Journey team faces many challenges. At HelloPrint, we are continuously striving to become bigger and better, resulting in many ideas and projects. As the coordinator, you will ensure that all our projects run smoothly so that we can achieve our business goals together. You will do this by collaborating and aligning with current stakeholders, creating clear requirements, understanding the business value, and most importantly making it happen with the team. In the beginning, you will do this in close collaboration with the Product Owner of the team, but the goal is that you eventually will take full ownership of one of the projects.

What You Do

• Work together with our product, technical team, and marketing team to improve one of our innovative propositions;
• Talk to our internal stakeholders every day and manage their expectations;
• Together with the Digital Product team, define the business value and priority of the projects you work on;
• Align with the team on current projects and help them create the best digital product by testing new and existing functionality;
• Analyze big volumes of data to ensure our customers enjoy the most user-friendly journey;
• Run various ad-hoc researches and analyses to help identify gaps and opportunities for improvements;
• And most importantly, making it happen with the team!

What We Ask of You

• You are in the final year of your bachelor's or master's degree in Management, Business, or another related study; Please note, that it is a requirement to be registered with a study program during the entire internship period!
• 5-6 months availability - we offer solely hands-on practical internships, but we also have some great opportunities and sources for research;
• A proactive attitude and the ability to collaborate through excellent communication skills;
• A strong opinion and an ability to support it with the right data;
• A goal-oriented, flexible, and independent work style;
• An analytical and creative mindset, which you use to solve problems and create innovative opportunities;
• You are comfortable working with spreadsheets to analyze data and learning new tools to help the team accelerate;
• Be willing to learn and do whatever is needed to help us achieve our goals.
