Would you like to gain hands-on experience in arbitration , an international team at De Brauw? If you are available for approximately 15 hours a week alongside your studies, this law assistant position is what you are looking for!

Your role as a law assistant

As a law assistant you will immerse yourself in a dynamic blend of 'know-how' activities and hands-on support for our practice's daily operations. Our internationally recognised arbitration practice operates across borders, legal systems and sectors by assisting in institutional, ad hoc and investor-state arbitrations. We focus on where we can make a difference: from energy and technology companies to financial institutions and states, our clients rely on us to handle their most complex and strategic cases. Successful arbitration requires more than mere legal expertise. Our team, together with clients and industry experts, immerse themselves in the case. We are looking for someone who …

  • is meticulous and well organised;
  • has a proactive, flexible and independent attitude;
  • is fluent in Dutch and English;
  • can work for us at least 15 hours a week for six months. If this does not fit into your schedule, we are open to discuss alternative options.
