ABOUT THE TEAM We at Research & Estimates aim at delivering the most trusted, timely and comprehensive Broker Research & Estimates content, covering real-time and embargoed research as well as Actual, Guidance, consensus and detailed earnings Estimates – to serve both the buy-side and sell-side customers. The reports are documents written by authority analysts of the world’s top investment banks, brokerage houses and research firms, and they provide in-depth reports every business day. This means greater coverage of companies and industries and access to more information that is critical to the business for strategic plan and competitive analysis. Research is not production-focused group. Our people need more soft skills like communication/coordination. We focus on improving contributors and our service for clients in our daily work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Service bureau of real-time reports for Asian contributors Maintain research reports updated in a timely and accurate manner Responsible for handling queries through phone/email/RM and other communication channels Effectively communicate information regarding contributors and client issues to assist with resolution Providing quality services to internal and external clients New broker onboarding process Delivering Research real time production tool trainings to Contributors online or face to face Estimates recommendation scale set up and modification Working with different functions within Research Working with different groups outside of Research Maintain understanding of our products and services QUALIFYING SKILLS University education per-requisite Fluent/advanced in Japanese and English Good communication skill Knowledge of Research content would be a strong asset Knowledge of Estimates content also would be an asset Research and problem-solving skills Ability to quickly learn and master complex information Demonstrated service attitude and desire to help people Strong multiple tasks handling skills COMETENCIES Proven attention to detail Professional attitude Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time pressure Ability to work independently as well as a team member Ability to solve problems and make command decisions when necessary PC SKILLS Good knowledge of outlook Communicate by email in a coherent and professional manner LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
