Are you an enthusiastic and curious master’s student interested in developing a Business Process Management Maturity Scan? We have an exciting internship opportunity for you! Making a difference Over the years, the field of Business Process Management (BPM) has grown within Rabobank across various departments. To gain more insights in this growth Chapter Process Management and Process Architecture are building a maturity assessment tool. Within Rabobank the Chapter Process Management facilitates the business process management way of working by developing standards, framework and training. We aim to foster a culture in which employees proactively contribute to the development and adherence of process standards, enabling us to deliver more value to our customers. The Process Architecture team focusses on the design and validation of End to End processes with all related stakeholders. As an intern, you will work with both teams on the development of a maturity assessment tool that will be used for the entire bank. So you will get to learn about the Rabobank culture, and what benefits and responsibilities come along with being part of the team. You will collaborate closely with both teams, you’ll analyse existing processes, identify improvement areas, and create a standardized assessment. This internship offers practical experience and a chance to contribute to optimize our daily operation. We pride ourselves on our flexibility when it comes to assisting students in finding suitable assignments. We actively engage with students to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that they have a rewarding experience. Tasks include: Research existing business process maturity models. Examination of suitable qualifications and dimensions. Research into the different levels used within Rabobank policy and how they apply to the levels in the model. Research into how to score the qualification. Develop a growth trajectory per level (this will lead to a roadmap with explanation regarding the activities that are necessary to grow to the next level). Collaborate with various departments to gather input. Test and validate the model. Report findings and make recommendations for process improvements. With you: We are looking for university students whom are pursuing a relevant master degree (e.g., Business Administration, Informatics, or similar). For this internship you are required to remain enrolled at a university during the duration of the internship and available to work full-time for at least 6 months. Required skills and experience: Affinity with process optimization and business process management. Analytical mindset. Attention to detail. Co-operative, adaptive and flexible attitude as well as strong communication skills. Independent and proactive. Previous experience in a (full-time) finance related function is preferred (but not necessary). Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing is a prerequisite.
