Due diligence & Sustainability project manager

Drives regional sustainability and due diligence strategies in supply chains, enhancing business growth. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to implement impactful sustainability programs, benefiting People and the Planet. Your key responsibilities

• Implementation of supply chains’ assessments on a regional scope
• Implementation of due diligence actions plans in supply chains on a regional scope
• Implementation of sustainability projects on supply chains in the region
• Participating in customers engagement & value creation by promoting due diligence & sustainability at source impacts

You bring

• Master degree / Engineering degree in agriculture, human rights or environment preferred
• “On the ground” experience in sustainability and agricultural operations
• Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast pace and changing environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to the diverse cultures of our suppliers & customers
• Good interpersonal communication skills to work with cross functional and diverse team of experts
• Fluency in English mandatory, fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred
