Are you ready to take your career in Conversion Marketing to the next level? As Lead of the Conversion Marketing team you’ll be at the forefront of driving our data-driven approach: diving head-first into conversion optimizations, developing and executing comprehensive conversion strategies, and maximizing retention and revenue.

Reporting to the head of Marketing Netherlands, you will manage a talented team of specialists, including a PPC Specialist, a Paid Media Specialist, and a Marketing Automation Specialist. You will also collaborate closely with senior leadership on both local and global stages, challenging assumptions and testing and validating strategies.

What your day will look like👌🏻

Testing and Validation:

As part of your day to day you will systematically test and validate various approaches to continually optimize conversion strategies.

Tracking & Implementation Evaluation:

You continuously evaluate the use and implementation of tracking tools, pixels, server side matching, and other conversion related tooling.

You quickly troubleshoot tracking issues independently and validate the work of others, ensuring seamless implementation.

Expert guidance and coaching:

You bring senior level hands-on experience in running conversion optimizations and PPC marketing, enabling you to guide and coach team members effectively.

With a deep understanding of various specialties you mentor and guide your team specialists in their respective areas.

Stakeholder Navigation:

You navigate expertly through different stakeholders within the company, fostering collaboration and garnering buy-in across departments.

With your experience, you consistently build strong relationships, ensuring alignment and cooperation for shared business goals.

What you have👍🏻

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  Proven senior-level experience in conversion optimization and Google AdWords. Preferably within an agency setting.

  Strong testing and validation mindset with a data-driven approach. Experience with testing tools like VWO or Optimizely is a must.

  Hands-on experience in troubleshooting tracking issues and implementing tools.

  Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.

  Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities

Hybrid Working
At team.blue NL you work at home or from another workspace. Once a week you will work at our Leiden office in consultation with your team. The second day at the office you can choose yourself.
