Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Developing, analyzing, and optimizing variable compensation models for Sales and Supply Chain to drive performance, retention, and company objectives, working in partnership with CoE and Local TR.

This position is also responsible for ensuring that programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and market competitiveness.

Your Impact

  • Design, develop and implement variable compensation plans aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and TR teams to understand business objectives and create performance-driven variable compensation strategies.
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing compensation structures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage the administration of variable compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR personnel, managers, and employees on variable compensation plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of variable compensation programs, generating reports, and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market benchmarks, and relevant legislation to improve compensation practices continuously and remain competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate variable compensation plans with other HR initiatives and business strategies.
  • Lead salary table adjustments and conduct regular reviews to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Oversee the process of the bonus program (PLR program) for the Frontline population, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy or related field;
  • Experience in compensation management with a focus on designing and administering variable compensation plans;
  • Advanced English and Intermediated Spanish;
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, regulations, and market trend;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct benchmarking, and make data-driven recommendations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in compensation management software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools;
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities;
  • Challenge to drive TR toward digitalization;
  • High seniority of clients and HRBPs in a business highly speed and needy to agile solutions and seniority;
  • Balance priorities, innovation and customer service without losing momentum behind execution;
  • Translates strategies into plans that can be effectively executed;
  • Takes appropriate, well-reasoned risks;
  • Minimizes or removes barriers that get in the way of achieving results;
  • Leverages understanding of key business drivers in own area to get results;
  • Influences others through reasoning and relationships rather than by using strong pressure tactics;
  • Anticipates controversial issues and questions and provides effective solutions.
