Your Job

As a CRO Specialist & Analyst in the B2B Ziggo squad, you are the authority in the field of experimentation, while also supporting the B2B Vodafone squad. You are assertive and always on the lookout for opportunities to optimize and test. Your focus is on improving the sales journeys for Ziggo and Vodafone. In an agile work environment, you collaborate in a multidisciplinary team that includes Developers, Editors, Designers, Testers, and Product Owners. Additionally, you will be working in an experimentation-driven culture, recognized with an Experimentation Culture Award. You will have the opportunity to collaborate daily with over 10 other CRO specialists.

What you bring to the job

• A completed HBO/WO degree (preferably in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field).
• 2+ years of experience working in an organization with a mature testing program or at an agency, ideally in e-commerce, with significant hands-on experience in experimentation.
• Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to inspire the team and foster collaboration.
• Proven experience in conducting A/B tests, web analytics, qualitative research, and developing and managing test strategies and roadmaps.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and familiarity with heatmap/screen recording tools, survey/feedback solutions, and A/B testing software (from measurement to analysis).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and experience with SQL is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for presenting your knowledge and ideas to a group.
• Experience with scrum and agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
