As a Barclays Technical Product Analyst, you will work alongside developers on implementation of software solutions that are used to aid the detection of Financial Crime activities across large-scale data sets. You will be part of an Application Engineering team based in Glasgow who will be responsible for developing and maintaining several application and processes that support the Financial Crime stakeholders.

What will you be doing?
Performing business and data analysis to implement and maintain solutions within Financial Crime Technology
Coordinating with business stakeholders and technology colleagues to plan project deliverables
Liaising with developers and business stakeholders and properly document & communicate functional requirements (FRD) and technical requirements
Performing in-depth impact analysis to provide business stakeholders insight to monitoring brought by data or system changes
Engaging in Quality Assurance testing prior to delivery of solution to stakeholders for UAT testing
Providing support to business stakeholders to answer queries and concerns during testing and post production implementation
Learning the technologies and the functional aspects of the projects that you are involved in, through self-training and other trainings offered in the team
Participating in Agile ceremonies, delivering on goals agreed for each sprint
What we’re looking for
Ability to perform business and data analysis alongside working with technology colleagues, developers and business stakeholders
Ability to translate business requirements into technical stories
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be proactive, a team player and have a can-do attitude
Knowledge in Investment Bank or Correspondent Banking Anti-Money Laundering Transaction Monitoring
Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle
