We are looking for an Associate Manager Communications who will be playing a pivotal role to execute and amplify PMM media strategy through communication, contribution and programmes to all levels of stakeholders including regulatory, external and internal stakeholders. You will be working with a team of experts that will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to deliver business goals and objectives. You will be a strategic influencer, trusted advisor, innovator and collaborative partner. Your “day to day” • Internal communications: o Execute communication initiatives and achievements to deliver impact and engagement; o Develop and deliver measurable outcomes through creative, engaging and impactful communication to PMM employees; o Collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership team to identify key messages to deliver including timing, channel and tone. • Generate communication materials to keep internal and external stakeholders updated about PMI on a regular basis. Oversee the preparation in terms of writing, editing, creative work, and eventual publication and release of the different communication tools. • At the market level, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across functions and project teams and direct thought leadership to foster multi-directional story pitching to the media and stakeholders. • Regulatory communications: o Implement and execute strategic communications through multi-channel approaches to position PMM’s advocacy and commitment to a smoke-free future; o Develop and implement a systematic plan to widen communications network and maintain and further enhance PM’s relations with the media, PR agency and public perception’s landscape; o Develop locally tailored communications on major issues and priorities, aimed at designated groups and communicate them exclusively and effectively. Essential Skills and competencies: • Be experienced at using various tools to deliver corporate, social and public narratives, be it infographics, animations, videos, or the written word on traditional and digital media. • Be able to work cross-functionally and build relationships inside and outside of the organization with a strong sense of work prioritization. • Understand how to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Be capable and confident to serve as a company spokesperson in different cultural and media milieus. • Be deeply familiar with, and enthusiastically curious about, technology, entertainment, intellectual property, privacy and other web issues. • Be an entrepreneurial self-starter who comes up with new approaches and is eager to try those out. • Have experience launching or managing movements, especially those that straddle the worlds of public and private communications is an advantage. • Holds a Bachelor’s degree on marketing, communications, public relations and/or business administration
