We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager join our Marketing team based in Istanbul. The individual will be responsible for Consumer Royalty Programs Senior Brand Manager - Snacks and directly report to Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and executing PepsiCo’s Snacks brands’ Consumer Loyalty Programs through its own, locally built & managed, loyalty mobile application KazandıRio.
  • Running programs and revising value offer campaign mechanics dynamically, in line with company & brand priorities, market dynamics, and shopper behaviors while tracking performance and managing budget.
  • Tracking and feeding campaign performances and insights to relevant stakeholders and platforms within the company, always staying in touch and alignment.
  • Managing relations with partnering companies in co-branded campaigns.
  • Co-leading communication calendar with marcom counterpart, performance marketing manager, brand and media teams.
  • Connect with sales, field and Trade marketing teams to track the changes and needs in the market and respond to it.
  • Co-leading engagement content agenda over KazandıRio; content Strategy, creator partnerships, performance tracking, and communication.
  • Co-leading 1st-party data collection/activation/use case creation with the Advanced Analytics team.
  • Coordinating the Development agenda of KazandıRio with the Digital product team, designing features, testing pilots, and tracking performance as the Business owner.
  • Conducting research and tracking market & user needs to address as value offers, partnerships, communication, and platform developments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university, preferably with analytical majors or heavy with electives
  • Min 8 years of solid experience & proven success in product/brand/project management / Business Development / Partnerships&Loyalty management / Trade marketing
  • Creative & curious; not hesitant to challenge status quo, try & break things and start over
  • Strong Analytical thinkinker; keen on data analysis, interpretation, computation
  • Strategic thinker; taking time to see & shape the big Picture, build sustainable models
  • Excellent Communicator (in English and Turkish); keen and able to move people with their ideas
  • Consumer insights & research knowledge; experienced in collecting, analyzing and applying insights
  • Deep understanding of creative concepts; briefing, advertising, media planning, digital communication
  • Agency management expertise in different fields
  • Cross-cultural abilities - able to understand different stakeholders needs, develop aligned plans and work with a positive “make it happen” attitude in harmony
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial focus, keen interest in brand engagement & loyalty platforms, digital business models and new technology advances
  • Functional skills required: Project management, Stakeholder management, Strong commercial capability, Budget management, Strong Presentation & Interpersonal skills, Familarity to Agile methodology
