Your Job

The Cloud & Managed Mobility Services team provides Microsoft Cloud services, such as Vodafone Calling in Office 365, Security and Mobile Device Management solutions. The team consists of 20-25 enthusiastic Microsoft Consultants with a lot of technical knowledge.As a Microsoft Consultant you take our business customers into the world of Microsoft Cloud services, security solutions and everything that comes with it. You help the customer as a Microsoft Consultant both functionally and technically so that the customer can use our services and solutions as efficiently as possible. You advise, design and ensure that the implementation is worry-free, according to a pre-established plan. You work with a variety of clients, from the SME sector to large corporate clients.

What you bring to the job

You guide the customer in successfully bringing the purchased services and solutions live. Hereby you take into account the agreements around scope, delivery time, quality and budget. You start with an intake to map the choices of the client and to design and implement the best possible solution. You identify and report problems in a timely manner and contribute solution and you thoroughly document the solution provided and record the implementation in a delivery document;

You are important for continuity of project delivery and represent the department when introducing new services or products. Both before, during and after the project at the customer you communicate at the right level with all stakeholders: customers, suppliers, project leaders and internal stakeholders and you provide training and workshops so that the customer can use our services independently. You also actively share your knowledge with the team through knowledge sessions on new Microsoft products, features and ways of working;

You have it:

• hbo/wo working and thinking level
• You are an expert on Microsoft products such as Intune, Endpoint Manager, Defender, Azure, Microsoft365 and Cloud PC.
• You have the required Microsoft and/or Security certifications;
• You are up to date with the latest developments in the market and are the Cloud and Security questioner for your sales and support colleagues;
• You have knowledge of ITIL and Agile work processes and are preferably certified in these;
• You are used to working within large Enterprise organizations and communicating at all levels, politically aware;
• You are strong in writing a design, plan of action and (project) documentation;
• You know how to convince the client of the best solution and do not lose sight of commercial goals;
• You are representative, analytical, communicatively strong, stress resistant and solution oriented;
• You have a customer oriented attitude and strive for high customer satisfaction;
• You can communicate well in oral and written Dutch and English.
