Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Rewards Specialist to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Rewards Specialist position lies within the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) Zone, focusing on Operations. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of analysis, forecasting, and budgeting of people expenses, will be your primary responsibility, including compensation and benefits analytical support. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Western Europe Operations (factories within Netherlands, UK, France, Italy, Spain).

In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Timely, accurate reporting on Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) People Packages across EPDM – Operations (monthly finance routines: forecasting, month-end actual reporting);
  • Annual budgeting process for people costs (salary and salary related costs);
  • Perform regular and ad hoc analysis on HR data to identify trends, and enable key people decisions making;
  • Provide advice and direction on the delivery of compensation initiatives and ensuring adherence to policies and processes;
  • Review, and approve/deny job evaluations using Hay Methodology;
  • Salary benchmarking, salary reference setting and market trend analysis;
  • Build and foster relationships with teams and colleagues across the Zone, in order to collaborate and, when needed, challenge local practice to improve was of working

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in Rewards/ HR related field
  • Advanced excel user (both analyzing data with pivots/lookups, and creating excel templates for users to complete)
  • Be able to partner with the business & provide financial insight;
  • Interest and some experience working with human capital management systems, such as Workday and related modules and software.
  • Familiarity with Hay Points evaluation methodology, and annual survey participation, preferred
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
