Internship: Bank Statement Upload System Development

Job description

As part of a project team, contribute to the setup, development, and implementation of uploading bank statements into both the contract management system and the financial system. This requires further elaboration and understanding of various types of transactions, defining processes for uploading in collaboration with others to ensure accuracy and completeness of processing in these systems.

Your profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern with the following skill set;

• Training Level: HBO/WO;
• Type of assignment (internship or graduation assignment): Graduation assignment;
• Education: Information technology training (e.g., functional management, application management), software engineering or ICT;
• Language skills: Good knowledge of English (written and verbal);
• Other experience: Experience with uploading bank statement, knowledge with Exact is a plus;
• Competencies: Communication skills, teamwork skills, proactive , time management, problem solving;
• Desired start date and duration of the internship : Q2- 24 for a duration of 6 months.

Department

PACCAR Financial Europe (PFE) provides financial services to DAF dealers and end customers to support the sales of DAF trucks. PFE is part of the worldwide PACCAR Financial organisation, has its headquarters in Eindhoven at the DAF premises and is active in a large number of European countries with its own sales offices and used trucks centres.

The PFE Information Technology department is responsible for the development, configuration, testing and deployment of innovative IT-solutions, management of these systems during their lifecycle and support of the users of these systems. PFE-IT consists of appr. 30 employees of which 20 are internal and works according to the agile framework. Most of the systems are subject to Sox-regulations.

PFE contains 4 lines of business areas: Wholesale Financing to DAF-dealers, Retail Financing to End Customers, Short Term Leasing and Asset Management & Used Trucks Remarketing.
