This role of Finance administrator sits within our Procurement to Pay team (P2P), which is part of Finance Operations. Your core task is to work with a collaborative team to ensure that all P2P work is performed accurately and on time, including month-end closing. In doing so you interact with other areas of Finance Operations such as Procurement and Operations, always looking to form mutually beneficial connections.
Above and beyond this, a key focus is to work with the Finance Operations Manager on the continuous improvement of our financial processes and systems. This is a stimulating, future-focused challenge in which you imagine and strategize alongside IT colleagues on the implementation of new systems, internally developed robots, and tools to professionalize the P2P process.
Your day to day tasks include:
At all times you maintain contacts with our suppliers, answering their questions regarding payments. You also work with other departments to resolve any invoice disputes.
