THE ROLE

We are looking for a strong FP&A Junior Manager who will be the financial lead partner for our GM and commercial teams. In this role you will drive forecasts (both long- and short-term), deliver transparent reporting of business performance and lead local projects & initiatives. You will also partner with different functions to increase sales and profitability through improved decision making across all 6 markets (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Netherlands, and Belgium).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the quarterly and annual forecast process ensuring consistent and reliable forecasting along with driving risks and opportunities management in line with our business priorities. Work closely with the Sales team delivering a monthly forecast and enabling target achievement.
  • Lead month-close process ensuring proper allocation of revenues and costs in the P&L, coordinating timely contributions from finance colleagues, driving transparency and consistency in financial results.
  • Lead praparations for monthly reviews with Headquarters on financial results as well as short- and long-term forecasts.
  • Work closely with colleagues from across the business, including Marketing, Sales and Finance teams and educate them on financial analysis and forecast processes
  • Ensure proper allocation of revenues and costs in the P&L
  • Ensure proper SOX Controls and strong Governance are maintained in the business
  • Initiate and lead projects which will improve current business processes and deliver against strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Finance Manager with financial educational background with outstanding analytical and communicational skills.

Essential:

  • Bachelor/Master degree
  • Highly numerate with strong Excel skills, be analytical and inquisitive by nature
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with non-finance people
  • Good organizational skills to proactively manage workload and use time efficiently for completing projects consistently and on time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good business judgment
  • Strong English speaking skills
  • Swedish/Dutch is a plus

Desirable:

Ability to work in SAP, SAP BW, Power BI is a plus
