Management Support Internship

Position Summary Management support internship offers to gain the real business experience by participating in one of our departments (FP&A Control, Business Control, Accounting, AP Management) where you will be assigned for the daily/weekly processes. Beside the regular business process, the specific projects will be given such as Financial reporting, Business process innovation, etc. Role and Responsibilities Your responsibilities will be: · Support periodic forecasting and Monthly closing; · Preparing financial data and reports for management; · SAP CO and FI module process; · Support business budget and expense processing; · Making analyzes and business cases; · Exception handling: Support quarterly/yearly statutory audit; Skills and Qualifications We offer: · Personal mentor for the course of internship – Biweekly learning program support · Monthly allowance Net 450 EUR · Commuting/Transportation cost coverage – NS business card given · Business trip expense coverage · Business Mobile phone + Sim card · Internet allowance 29.42 EUR per month · Access to Samsung learning, ERP system training platform · And more: Internal events and health program You are: Are you proactive and analytical and enjoy being part of international team? Would you like to practice your financial/Academic and analytical skills in real business cases? Being part of this dynamic and international team, you will provide reporting and analytical support to our Benelux Sales and Marketing organization and internal Management Support. Requirements: · Local HBO/WO student, available at least 4 days a week; · You have a good command of the English and Dutch or/and French language; · You can work independently and you like to take challenges; · You feel confident enough to communicate with all departments and levels in our organization. · Currently obtaining a valid residence permit during the period of internship The preferred start months are August/September 2024. The ideal candidate is available 4 days a week for 5-6 months. The location of the position is our Netherland office in Schiphol. The internship can be done remotely for up to 2 days per week.
