About the job:

The role is responsible for maintaining Hong Kong's Tender database, global Regulatory Affairs (RA) database, Hong Kong medical devices registration and Quality Assurance (QA) work.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain Hong Kong's RA database, including global registration database and local Tender database.
  • Provide RA supports to local Quotation/Tender.
  • Submit license renewal/change or other local registration to achieve the company goal.
  • Represent as a local RAQA contact to assist on local communication with all stakeholders, manage product complaints, commercial hold and field actions in HK.
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Who are we looking for:

  • University or master’s degree holder in healthcare/medical/engineering related major is preferred but not limited to.
  • Relevant regulatory and quality assurance experiences for minimum 1 - 2 years.
  • Good with Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
  • Team player and have the ability to interact, influence and partner with leaders.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Ability to move others to take action.
  • Hands-on ability to implement swiftly and effectively by taking ownership and accepting responsibility.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Well-organized and logical thinking.
  • Patient and a great sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Interested to explore more in RAQA field.
